Join us for a boxing-inspired conditioning session that combines mitt work, striking combos, and explosive strength circuits. Whether you're new to boxing or building on your skills, this class is built to sharpen focus, increase endurance, and challenge your full body with purpose.

Class begins at 7:30 PM. Doors open at 7:20 PM. No entry after 7:40 PM — for your safety, and out of respect for the community.
Offered at $7 per class in celebration of Sweat Club Month and our one-year anniversary. Your sweat fuels the mission. Gloves not required, but you can bring your own gloves, or barrow a pair of ours while supplies last.
If your plans change, please cancel by 11 PM Sunday so we can extend your spot to someone in the community.
