The Harvest is Here. 🌾 We’re teaming up with Detroit Parks & Recreation’s Chandler Park Fieldhouse for an afternoon of movement and community on Saturday, October 25 at 12:30 PM. This free event is open for the community to enjoy—Gatorade will be provided for all participants, and all equipment will be provided.
🏃 RUN: Start with warm-up laps around the track to get our hearts moving—walking welcome.
💧 SWEAT: Flow into a no-equipment workout, designed for all ages and every body.
👕 SERVE: After class, select from gently used, donated clothing gathered with care by the community—free of cost.

Chandler Park Fieldhouse x Community moves
Wednesday, October 15 at 6:30 PM, we have teamed up with @detroitparksrec at Chandler Park Fieldhouse for the launch of Community Moves—an indoor fitness initiative designed to make proactive health accessible for every Detroiter.
Too often, parents drop their children off at sports or extracurriculars, but neglect this same care for themselves. Community Moves changes that.
Built for the entire family, the program offers: steps around the track for 1–4 miles of heart-healthy movement; fitness stations designed to strengthen the whole body; and inclusive options for every body—all ages welcome, strollers permitted
Because the stats are real in the city:
• 1 in 5 adults in Detroit lives with type 2 diabetes.
• 46% battle high blood pressure.
• Heart disease takes Detroiters’ lives 60% faster than the national average.
More than a midweek meet-up, this is community in motion—with a determination to meet people where they are and introduce them to where they can go. Together, we move beyond the miles. This week, we move with purpose and tribute. In honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, we encourage everyone to wear pink as a symbol of strength, solidarity, and support. If you don’t have pink, that’s okay—we’ll all move in strength together.
Information on how you can donate or support the Karmanos Cancer Institute of Detroit, helping fund care and research for those impacted by breast cancer will be available on-site. 💕

PRAISE on the Rooftop

The harvest is here. 🌾 On Sunday, October 12, we close our rooftop residency in homage to the foundation of the Club, our purpose provided by our Father.
We’ll rise together on the rooftop for a complimentary class where worship meets movement and faith comes alive in motion. Every rep, every breath, every prayer becomes part of an encounter—strength for the body, renewal for the spirit, and unity in community.

Week 3 of the LIV Strong Challenge is about endurance—not just lasting longer, but lasting stronger. You’ll be tested through:

COMMUNITY RUN RELOCATION TO CHANDLER PARK DOME
It is an honor and a privilege to move together with our community through each step and each rep we take together. Tonight—especially as we gather to close out the Grand Opening of the Chandler Park Dome! What a blessing it is to share our passion for movement in this incredible new home for health equity.
Please note: Tonight we will not be at Nike Detroit. Instead, tonight’s run takes place at the brand-new Chandler Park Dome (a first-of-its-kind indoor recreation center on Detroit’s east side) located at 12300 Chandler Park Drive, Detroit, MI 48213.
Enjoy a lineup of wonderful activations throughout the afternoon, and if you're available early, come kick things off at 5:30 PM with a mini SWEAT session led by Coach Gab, no RSVP required. Then, we’ll hit the track for a celebratory run + walk, starting inside the dome and finishing across the scenic Chandler Park grounds.

As our Backpack Tour comes to an end, we’re excited to share that 200 backpacks have already been packed and prepared for Detroit youth heading back to school. This milestone was made possible thanks to the incredible support of Imagine for Youth, Shift Digital, and our Team Wellness Center Juvenile Restorative Program youth, who packed each bag with hard work, dedication, and compassion.
We’re also deeply grateful to all the friends who contributed materials—many through our Amazon registry. Those packages were instrumental in ensuring each backpack was assembled with the necessities our students need to start the school year strong.
And the work isn’t done yet—tonight after the run, we’ll head back downtown to Gilly’s Detroit, where we’ll take over the patio with our community to pack the final remaining bags. We’ll close the evening in fellowship, fueled by celebration, gratitude, and the joy of serving together.
