STRIKE is a full-body cardio and strength fusion built around boxing fundamentals. We’re blending footwork, shadowboxing, and core-intensive rounds to boost endurance, sharpen coordination, and dial up the grit.
Expect fast hands, strong stances, and nonstop energy. You’ll punch through your limits—one round at a time.
CLASS DETAILS
Start Time: 5:30 PM, Doors Open at 5:15 PM
No entry after 5:40 PM—for your safety and respect for the crew already in motion
Rate: $7 per class (in celebration of Sweat Club Month + our one-year anniversary)
Gear: Bring your own gloves or rent a pair from the Club for $7 (limited supply)
