Join us this Memorial Day for MOVEMENT—a 45-minute, full-body outdoor class celebrating the freedom to move, connect, and live fully. We’re closing out Mental Health Awareness Month by showing up with intention: for more health, more strength, more community.

House hits will keep us moving as we HIIT the pavement together—because movement is medicine, and healing happens here.

10:00 AM – SWEAT with DJ JACO
Check-in opens at 9:45 AM


A full-body, tempo-based strength and cardio

session set to deep house x afrohouse. Expect rhythmic reps,

high energy, and movement with meaning.

12:00 PM – BURN with DJ HI-DEF

Check-in opens at 11:45 AM
A boxing-inspired interval circuit fueled by

afrohouse and hip-hop. Fast footwork, sharp focus, and

rounds that push you past your limits.

What to Know:
✅ Bring your own mat. Club Members: we’ve got you covered. Need one? On-site rentals available for $5 while supplies last. Dumbbells + all other equipment provided.

We’re closing out Mental Health Awareness Month by moving with purpose—celebrating freedom, connection, and community through every rep.

House and hip-hop beats will keep the pace. After class, support the Co-op and grab your cookout essentials for the holiday.

This is more than a workout—it’s a Movement for Good, leading into Sweat Club Month.
