3 Mile Run or 1.5 Mile Walk — Both routes meet halfway for our signature Active Recovery Challenge, designed to inspire more movement in every lifestyle.

Warm-Up Begins at 6:30 PM – We kick things off together with a dynamic warm-up to the beat before hitting the streets.
