The Move: 3-Mile Run or 1.5-Mile Walk — Both routes unite for our signature Active Recovery Challenge, built to spark more movement in every lifestyle.
The Flow:
Arrive by 6:00 PM – Settle in, meet the crew, vibe with the community, and check out exclusive Nike Detroit perks.
Warm-Up at 6:30 PM – We move as one with a dynamic, music-fueled warm-up before hitting the pavement.
Post-Run Fuel: Cool down, connect, and hydrate at Juice Box Blend—where every finish deserves a toast. 🧃
Parking: Free at 35 State Street Garage with validation after the run.
