We’re adding FOUNDATION to the City Sweat Club lineup.
Every great movement starts with a solid foundation. This 45-minute class strips it back to the fundamentals—the push, pull, squat, and hinge patterns that fuel every rep, run, and routine we do. Each class alternates focus:
FOUNDATION: Upper Body + Core—push, pull, press, repeat
FOUNDATION: Lower Body + Core—squat, hinge, drive, dominate
Expect unilateral, form-focused reps that sharpen control, and bilateral burnouts that push both sides to the limit—precision work igniting full-body fire. Every session closes with core-crushing intervals, locking in your strength where it matters most.
The first FOUNDATION drops Thursday, September 18 at 6:30 PM, introducing upper body + core. Last night’s SWEAT gave you a preview of the burn to come—now we build on that same energy.
